A lovely return visit and a very warm welcome from Mark and Derek.We booked our favourite room (7) and as always it did not disappoint!Spotlessly clean, massive comfy bed, fresh linen and toiletries, amazing breakfast (you must try the East Coast Toast) and of course THE BEST hosts EVER and a little visit from Archie - Thanks For Having Us - we had a lovely stay and I even had a candle in my breakfast black pudding as it was my birthday! x Smashed it again guys x- Claire & Mark S

This is the second time Ive stayed here for just the one night for work, The rooms are superb as are the breakfasts. Only a 10 min walk to the town centre, but only minutes away from the Promonade and beach. - Phil H
